strip steaks-about 12 oz. each
1/8 tsp
ea. salt & pepper
4 oz
crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley

How to Make Blue Cheese Topped Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, covered, about 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness
  • 2Meanwhile, blend together bleu cheese and softened butter in small bowl until creamy. Equally divide bleu cheese mixture and place a scoop on top of each steak. Leave steaks on grill until butter melts. Garnish with parsley.
