Ingredients For stuffed peppers

6green bell peppers

26 oztomato sauce (hunt's or delmonte canned sauce preferred)

3 Tbspmrs dash tomato, basil, and garlic seasoning

1 1/2 cminute brown rice, uncooked

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
2eggs
-
3/4 citalian bread crumbs

1/3 cparmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed peppers

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. Use a 13X9" baking dish. Combine in a bowl beef, rice, seasoning, eggs, and bread crumbs. Line the bottom of the dish with sauce.

2Stuff mixture in peppers and place in dish. Add sauce on top or with mixture. Top peppers and sauce with cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
