Meat Sauce: In a large skillet crumble ground turkey and start cooking over medium - high heat, add in chopped up garlic, onions, green bell peppers. Using a stir fry technique mix all ingredients together until meat is thoroughly cooked. (drain meat if you want, but there should be little or no fat oils leftover.)
Add in all seasonings to meat mixture; stir well to evenly distribute as you continue stir frying over heat. Pour tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce into meat mixture, stir well, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.(Stir often to prevent sticking) Remove skillet from heat, allow to stand for 1-2 minutes, spoon over cooked spaghetti, add a green salad on the side, and Voila!
