Ingredients For bolonese sauce

  • 1 lb
    ground round
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • olive oil
  • 1 lg
    can steamed tamatoes (died)
  • 3 clove
    large garlic cloves
  • 4 dash
    red chili flakes seperated in half
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    sea salt seperated
  • dash
    cracked pepper
  • 1 lg
    exlarge brown onion (minced) divided in half
  • 1 lg
    carrot shedded
  • 2 stalk
    celerly (sliced, minced)
  • 2 c
    button mushroom minced
  • 1
    green bellpepper minced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    itlain herbs divided 1 1/2 -1
  • 1/4 tsp
    turmric ground
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make bolonese sauce

  • 1
    Put in one bowl the ground pork, pinch of red pepper flakes, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbs fennel, 2tbs salt, 1/4 cup onion chopped minced better, 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp cumin. mix thoroughly cover let chill until you need this step. Mince, Onion, carrot, celery, mushrooms, bell pepper, garlic, put in a heavy pot with olive oil; saute until soft. In same pot brown the pork mixture . and then the beef until brown. Put the 2 tbs of tomato paste let cook until it gets like a brick red, brown color, add red chili flakes turmeric, 1 can of steamed died tomatoes, add the Italian herbs. Let simmer for 3-4 hours it's suppose to be very meaty
