So yummy, easy, & cheap! If you can get the Bolthouse Farm's Caesar Parmigiano dressing, it gives it an awesome flavor...but mayo will work just as well for the consistency you need.

Ingredients For tuna cakes: the poor girl's crab cakes

  • 1 can
    tuna (drained)
  • 1/4 c
    liquid egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    bolthouse farms caesar parmigiano (or mayo)
  • salt & pepper to season
  • oil for cooking

How To Make tuna cakes: the poor girl's crab cakes

    Mix tuna, liquid egg, breadcrumbs, caesar parmigiano, and salt & pepper.

    Form 2 cakes.

    Cook each side in pan with oil over medium heat until golden brown.
