Quick, easy, healthy and delicious. You can change your ingredients, using fresh broccoli instead of frozen and fresh onions instead of the soup mix. I awoke in the middle of the night and wanted to make a quick lunch for work the next day. This was done in less than 30 minutes. NOTE: In the event that you are using fresh ingredients instead of frozen, add at least 20 extra minutes. Also watch your salt. The ingredients already contain enough, no extra needed.
