I love Salmon. I have been checking out recipes. Came up with this. I like Asian food, this has an Asian flare to it. It does have a little heat kick. Very quick and easy. I am cooking for one. But you could easily adjust this to more portions. Pairs well with Fried Rice and a Vegetable Medley.

Ingredients For sweet chili honey salmon

  • 6 oz
    salmon, skinless filet
  • 1/4 c
    sweet chilli sauce ( mae ploy )
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • pinch
    salt and pepper

How To Make sweet chili honey salmon

  • 1
    spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray. place Salmon in dish sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    mix all other ingredients together and spread over Salmon.

    place in a 400° oven and bake for 20 minutes.
