Note Before We Begin: I cut my fillets to fit my air fryer basket. Mine only cooks 3 fillets at a time. (3 servings) it takes 12 minutes for each batch. You will want to make sure you grease your air fryer basket so the fish doesn't stick. Time and Temp: This was the time and temperature that Andy gave me. It is spot on. Set your Air Fryer to 400F. Cooking time: 10 minutes with a bit of rare in the middle 12 minutes for medium rare. 14 minutes for well done and flaky Of course, this depends on the thickness of the salmon. (Mine was 1 inch thick) Do check the salmon at 10 or 12 minutes to see how done it is to suit you.
