Ingredients For shrimp and spaghetti squash

  • 1 sm
    spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 lb
    jumbo shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • 1 sm
    italian green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    coarse sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, light

How To Make shrimp and spaghetti squash

    Pierce the squash and wrap in paper towels. Microwave 9 minutes on high. Cool 2 minutes
  • 2
    Saute onions, pepper chopped in olive oil. Add garlic, old bay and shrimp. Saute until vegetables are soft and shrimp is heated, usually 5 minutes

    Peel spaghetti squash out of shell into serving dish, top with Shrimp mixture. Serve
