I have tried it and liked it.
Be sure to buy fresh salmon from northern waters. Not farm raised.
Sockeye if you can find it, frozen Sockeye is good also.
For a real treat.

Ingredients

  • 4
    --4 oz fillets of salmon
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    dried dill to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • ·
    salt and ground black pepper to taste

How to Make Fresh Salmon Cooked in the Dishwasher

Step-by-Step

  1. Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each fillet. Grease one side of foil. Place each
    fillet on foil, and drizzle a little olive oil on top of each..
    Sprinkle each with salt and pepper and dill weed to taste.Then drizzle a bit of lemon juice on each.
  2. Wrap up the steaks, carefully sealing each packet..tight so no water enters packet.

    Put on top rack of your empty dish washer and run a full hot cycle.
