Pan Seared Cod and Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lbcod, fillets (cut into 4 fillets)

1/2 lbuncooked shrimp
-
2 tspherbes de provence
-
1 tspold bay seasoning
-
1 mediumlemon juice, fresh
-
1/2 cwhite wine, dry
-
1/2 cchicken broth, low salt
-
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
-
·pepper to taste
How to Make Pan Seared Cod and Shrimp
- Lightly brush fish fillets with 1/3 olive oil.
- Sprinkle herbs, old bay and pepper on both sides of fish.
- In a heated skillet, add remining olive oil. Lightly brown fish and shrimp. This should take about 2-3 minutes. Turn. Add lemon juice, wine and chicken broth. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until done.
- Remove fish to a warm plate. Reduce sauce and pour over fish.
