How easy is this? Cole slaw and salad , easy meal for us to make ! Enjoy ! Again as many of my other recipes this one is for my Flavors of Cape Cod Group and the recipe came from the cookbook with the same name and entered by Evelyn Mora.

Ingredients For haddock with sour cream

  • 2 lb
    haddock fillets
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg
    prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp
    marjoram
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make haddock with sour cream

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 DF Place haddock on aluminum foil in pan and cover with soured cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, than spread stuffing mix over all. Sprinkle with marjoram and paprika over stuffing.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or longer, depending upon thickness of fish.
