Unfortunately, once Hurricane Charley hit on 8/13/04, The Reef Restaurant was destroyed. :(
Thankfully, since we were there all the time & knew the chef - we got the recipe! YEA!!!! :)
Making this sure brings back good memories of that restaurant!
Ingredients

2grouper filets (orange roughy & tilapia works too)

1/2 lbdeep sea scallops (3 - 4 per fillet)

·salt and pepper, to taste

·old bay seasoning, to taste

6 Tbspbutter, cold, cut into 1 tbsp pieces, + more for greasing dish

·spalsh of white wine
-
1/2 Tbspbread crumbs, seasoned

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
