  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 2 stick
    celery , chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot pepper flakes
  • 1 can
    diced tomatos,low sodium or no salt added, do not drain
  • 1 lb
    fish, sole or haddock works well

How To Make fish stew low sodium

    Heat oil in large skillet Add garlic , onion and cook until soft Add celery, pepper flakes, and tomatoes:bring to boil Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes Add fish cook another 10 minutes or until fish is cooked.
