3/4 cchopped celery

3/4 cchopped onion

2 Tbspcream cheese

2 tsplemon juice

5/8 tspred pepper

1/3 cbread crumbs

1 tspdill

1 largecan of tuna

1egg white

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1 Tbspyogurt, plain

1 Tbspchopped onion

1 Tbspcucumber, diced

1 tspdill

1 tsplemon juice
How to Make Easy Tuna Cakes & Sauce
- Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat.
- Saute celery and onion until tender.
- Place in a bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice and red pepper.
- Add breadcrumbs and dried dill, tuna and egg white.
- Divide into 8 equal portions.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, cook 4 cakes, 2 minutes on each side.
- Repeat at remaining 4 cakes.
- Combine sauce in small bowl. Serve with tuna cakes.
