This was our typical fresh fish fry meal from fishing, caught from The lakes in UPNORTH, WI.

Pan Fry


  • 6 oz
    walleye filet
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk (cows, almond, buttermilk, soy)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    beau monde seasoning
  • 6 medium
    saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Diana's UPNORTH Walleye


  1. Wash filet.
  2. Dip or dredge filet in milk.
  3. Dip in flour..
  4. Dip in crushed crackers.
  5. Saute filet in butter on medium until crispy brown. Add spices.
  6. Serve warm with American fried Potatoes.
