Crispy Salmon Patties

These are the best salmon patties I've ever made. The fresh salmon really makes it good!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    skinless salmon fillets
  • 1
    sleeve of saltine crackers
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    chopped, fresh parsley
  • canola oil for pan frying

How To Make

    Prreheat oven to 350
  • 2
    Bake salmon fillets for 15 minutes or until done and flakes easily with a fork.

    Crush cracker crumbs. I use the food processor.
  • 4
    Mix together all ingredients, except oil and shape into patties (this makes 6 or so.
  • 5
    Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry salmon patties over medium high heat until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes oer side.

    Drain on paper towels and serve!
