  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    red bell pepper diced
  • 1
    green bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • ·
  • ·
    green onions chopped for garnish
  • ·
    rice for serving

How to Make Cajun Crawfish Ettouffee


  1. Place oil in a large skillet. Add the peppers, onion and garlic. Saute about 5 minutes. Stir in the soup, cream, Cajun seasoning and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add the crawfish. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt.
    Garnish with green onions.
  3. Serve over rice
