This dish can be grilled or baked. Either way, it is DELICIOUS. Even those who say they don't like Salmon (like me) will love this recipe. If you buy good quality Salmon, cook it properly and try this glaze, you simply can't go wrong. It's sweet, spicy and the garlic and ginger give it that punch of flavor that everyone loves. Give it a try at least once. I promise, you won't be disappointed. Recipe and photos are my own.

How To Make asian marinated glazed salmon-annette's

  • 1
If baking, line a baking sheet that has a lip with enough foil that you'll be able to create a tent. Place salmon in the middle of the foil. If grilling, do the same as above but use a grill pan instead of a baking sheet.
  • 2
Season both sides of salmon filet with citrus grill seasoning and orange black pepper.
  • Salmon marinating before cooking.
    3
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, coconut oil, Splenda brown sugar, honey, crushed red pepper, garlic, green onions and ginger. Stir to combine.
  • Asian Marinated Glazed Salmon. Marinating before cooking.
    4
Pour marinate over the top of salmon. Spread evenly to coat. Cover with foil creating a tent and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours or more.
  • Salmon marinating before cooking.
    5
Preheat oven to 375° or light the grill to a medium-high heat. While they are preheating, pull the salmon out of the fridge to take the chill off the fish.
  • 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes, for the first 10 minutes inside the tent, the remainder of the cooking time open the tent to expose the fish. Fish is done when it flakes easily. Times will vary based on the thickness of your fish and oven temps can vary as well. If grilling, cook until fish flakes easily and falls apart. Cooking times will vary based on types of grill, heating temps and thickness of fish. Enjoy!
