  • 3
    frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or 6 chicken breast halves
  • 12 oz
    barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 c
    zesty italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Zesty Crock Pot BBQ Chicken sandwiches


  1. Mix together the barbeque sauce, italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place frozen chicken in the crock pot and pour sauce mixture over the chicken. Cover.
  3. Cook on low 6-8 hours (3-4 hours on high if you're in a hurry)
  4. Remove chicken breasts and shred. Add back into crock pot and stir together with sauce remaining in the crock pot. Serve on a bun.
    *I brush the buns with garlic olive oil and toast them before serving.
