White Chicken Chili

This is based on a recipe I got off the can of chicken chunks. I prefer green chile sauce to red picante salsa. My 9-yr-old son had the idea of putting corn in, but all I had was creamed corn. It worked great! We ate this with red seedless grapes. Delish!

How to Make White Chicken Chili


  1. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
  2. Toppings/mix-ins:

    grated cheese
    broken up tortilla chips
    sour cream (or plain yogurt)
    pickled jalapenos
    hot sauce
  3. Serve with a warm tortilla.
