My daughter made a beautiful pork roast today... after dinner... we sliced the left over meat up using my electric meat slicer like the deli uses. I am posting about the meat and the machine... We save a lot of money and are in control of the ingredients in our "deli meats" by cooking different meats the way we like it seasoned and cooked. We did pork loin roast this time, but we do beef, prime rib, Italian beef, pepperoni, chicken breasts, hams, turkeys, and even meat loaf! I hope this recipe featuring this cool kitchen tool helps you out... xo http://www.justapinch.com/recipe/colleen-sowa/hot-pork-sandwich-dinner/quick-easy-chicken
