3 Tbspdark sesame oil, divided

1/2 cchicken broth

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsprice vinegar

2 tspchile sauce
-
2 tspcornstarch
-
kosher salt, to taste

2 Tbspcanola oil, divided

1 lbboneless chicken breast, cut into pieces

1yellow & red bell pepper, diced
-
1 csnow peas, chopped
-
1onion, diced
-
1inch fresh ginger, minced
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
2 ccooked rice, hot
-
1/4 cscallions, diced
-
1/4 cpeanuts
How To Make szechuan chicken

1Combine 2 tbsp sesame oil, Chinese five spice powder, broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chile sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl.

2Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add canola oil and heat. Add chicken, stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove chicken from pan.

3Add more canola oil and heat in skillet. Add bell peppers, ginger, garlic, snow peas and onion and stir fry, 4-5 minutes. Add broth mix, cook 1-2 minutes. Add chicken to pan and cook through, 4-5 minutes. Serve with rice & enjoy!
