  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli rabe trimmed
  • 10 1/2 oz
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    swiss cheese shredded
  • ·
    sweet paprika

How to Make Swiss Chicken & Broccoli Rabe Casserole


  1. Season the chicken with salt and poultry seasoning. Sprat a casserole dish with cooking spray, Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  2. Place the broccoli rabe on bottom of dish. Top with the chicken. Mix the soup, half and half, and curry powder. Pour over the chicken. Add the cheese on top.
  3. Bake about 30 minutes until chicken is done and cheese is bubbly
  4. Sprinkle with sweet paprika for serving
