pineapple juice
8 Tbsp

bbq sauce
6 Tbsp

brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp

red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Add chicken to a baking pan and pour the marinade over top
