dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp

nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp

chili powder
1/4 tsp

garlic powder
1/4 tsp

dry mustard
1/4 c

skim milk
1

3lb chicken, cut into pieces (no skin or use boneless skinless)

How To Make spicy breaded chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Place all seasonings in a plastic bag; set aside.

Place milk in shallow pan.

Dip chicken into milk, then place in bag & shake to coat.

Place chicken in 13x9 pan (coat pan with non-stick cooking spray)

Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes.
