  • 2 lb
    bonless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 bottle
    mrs. dash mesquite grille marinade
  • 2
    poblanos, sliced
  • 1 large
    red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1
    sweet onion, sliced
  • 4-6
    baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
  • ·
    flour tortillas
  • 12-16 oz
    cheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)
  • ·
    salsa, sour cream

How to Make Soft Chicken Tacos


  1. If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.
  2. Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.
  3. Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.
  4. Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
