I fall back on this easy recipe when I don't have a lot of time to cook. It's perfect w/ spaghetti and a light sauce, or mashed potatoes w/ chives.

Ingredients For simply easy italian chicken bake

  • 3/4 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 c
    italian style bread crumbs
  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How To Make simply easy italian chicken bake

    Heat oven to 425. Spray a lg rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In shallow bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

    In another shallow bowl, place bread crumbs. Roll each chicken breast into mayonnaise mix, then into bread crumbs to coat.

    Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 mins, or until juices run clear.
