These are great to make ahead. with the sesame seeds they hold their crunch very well.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    dried onion
  • 2 tsp
    ground mustard
  • 1 c
    crushed ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c
    sesame seeds
  • 2 lb
    boneless chicken breasts
  • SAUCE:

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey

How to Make Sesame Chicken Strips

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion and mustard. In a shallow dish, combine crackers and sesame seeds.
  2. Cut chicken lengthwise into strips. Dip strips into mayonnaise mixture, then into the sesame seed mixture.
  3. Place in a single layer on a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Bake at 425* for 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients and serve with chicken strips
