I don't remember exactly where I got this recipe, but, if I had to guess, I think I got it out of a Pillsbury Mexican (grocery store aisle) cooking magazine, or one of the Taste of Home conglomerations.

Ingredients For salsa chicken salad wraps

    flour tortillas, small, or
  • 4
    flour tortillas, large
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 3 c
    cooked, diced or shredded chicken
  • lettuce, shredded

How To Make salsa chicken salad wraps

    Remove tortilla's from refrigerator; set aside while preparing filling. In medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and salsa. Stir in chicken. Refrigerate if not serving right away.

    To serve, heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide filling between tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce. Fold or roll tortillas to enclose filling.
