Once a month, it's "Girl's Night In" at my house in the winter. 2 of my best friends come over and we have dinner then watch a chick flick. Tonight was an "Irish" night because we love to celebrate our heritage, the movie was "PS, I Love You" with Gerard Butler & Hilary Swank set mainly in Ireland. So, I decided to cook up another recipe I found in my Ninja cookbook. Wow, what an extremely simple meal and crunchtastic. The aroma of the pretzel crust frying up was pure temptation, so I sliced up Irish Soda Bread for everyone to snack on. My girlfriends' said STAR THIS RECIPE to make again.

One Ninja Cooking System or any frying pan will do. Get 3 bowls to assemble dipping chicken. One for your sliced up chicken, one for your eggs that our whisked and a third for your crushed pretzels. Dip chicken into egg, shake off excess and then coat in the pretzel crumbs and sit it on a plate till you get enough to fill bottom of pot.

The girls got some "Irish" goodies too. One was some "Luck of the Irish" soap from Bath & Body Works who always have a few Irish goodies in March. This is green apple scent. Yumm

The other goodies were Irish Potatoes from Cleveland, Ohio's beloved Chocolatier called Malleys Chocolates. As St. Patrick's day comes into season they offer Irish Potato chocolates which are:candy shaped potatoes with nougat and nuts inside, chocolate covered, rolled in cinnamon and has a few nuts on top to look like the "eyes" of the potato. They are so incredibly delicious but only offered during the season. I will put a link here so if you want to order online next year. http://www.malleys.com/ (Order in February so you will be sure to get them.)
