I saw a recipe her on JAP and inspired me to make this for dinner today!! I made this for my husband and daughter, family loved it. this is my daughter and I quote "OMG mother this chicken is delicious, what Kentucky Fried Chicken" This is better hahaha seriously just yummy!! Enjoy

2 ccroutons (crums) in this case i used italian flavor

1/3 cmustard

1 Tbspsalt, pepper, paprika, and crushed pepper of each

1Combine eggs and mustard on a plate big enough for chicken to fit. In another plate combine Crouton crums, salt, pepper, paprika and crushed pepper. (you can polvorize croutons with a rollin pin, can, in this case I used my Ninja) -
2Season chicken with salt and pepper, this salt and pepper are not included on the 1 tablespoon in ingredients. get each drumbstick and rolled them in bread crumbs making sure they are covered completely

3Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minuts. After 35 minutes turn tray around and lower temperature to 400 and cook for another 10 minutes.
