Oven-Baked Cajun Chicken

Vickie Parks

Fried chicken is a Southern specialty, but this is a great alternative. It's an easy and quick recipe that produces delicious, crispy baked chicken with a nice Cajun kick.

You can add a splash of Tabasco (or other hot sauce) to the buttermilk, if you want more "heat".
