Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 lb
    chicken tenders, like perdue
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 slice
    green onion
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3/4 c
    low-sugar orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce

How to Make Orange-glazed chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil in lg skillet, over high heat. In shallow bowl, place flour and dredge chicken in flour. Add chicken to skillet. Cook, turning once for about 4 mins, or until fully cooked.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet. reduce heat to medium-high heat. Add green onions and garlic. Cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add orange juice and soy sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until mix slightly thickens. return chicken to pan. Simmer until heated through, about 2 mins.
