Ingredients For one skillet chicken supper

    boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    onions chopped
  • 1 can
    (14 ounce) french-style green beans
  • 1 can
    (14 ounce) chopped tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can
    (14 ounce) sliced carrots
  • 1 lg
    potato cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

How To Make one skillet chicken supper

  • 1
    Cut chicken into bite size pieced. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onion. Saute' for about 3 minutes

    Add green beans, carrots, tomatoes with chilies, potato, rice, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix gently

    Pour water over top of chicken mixture. Cook covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until potatoes and rice are tender.
