These are like the wings you get at Hooters.... they are so good!!!

Ingredients

  • BATTER

  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    each: paprika, cayanne pepper, salt
  • 10 large
    chicken wings
  • SAUCE

  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    hot sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    black pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • ·
    oil (enough to fry chicken) (about 5 - 6 inches deep

How to Make Noel's Super Duper Super Bowl Wings!

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix flour, papria, cayanne powder and salt. Sprinkle over wings. Put in container (or zipper bag) and set in refrigerator to marinate and chill for at least 90 minutes.
  2. Fry at 350 degrees for 10 -15 minutes.
  3. Mix the sauce together in a large bowl. Place the chicken into the bowl with the sauce. Coat the chicken..... EAT!
  4. *** We serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing, also carrot and celery sticks.
