I found this Crock Pot Mozzarella & Pesto Chicken recipe on Pinterest and made some changes to make it my own. I made it for the first time on Easter Sunday and the family loved it!
Ingredients For mozzarella & pesto chicken in a crock pot
6-8
boneless skinless chicken breast
6 1/2 oz
pesto
1.5 - 2 c
chicken broth
1 pkg
ranch powder mix
1 1/2 stick
butter
1 c
mozzarella cheese
How To Make mozzarella & pesto chicken in a crock pot

Place Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast in a Crock Pot. Spread Pesto evenly as possible on all visible surfaces of the Chicken.

Sprinkle the Dry Ranch Mix over Chicken. Pour the Chicken Broth over Chicken. Drop stick of Butter in the middle.

Heat on Low for 6 - 8 hours or High for 3 - 4 hours.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella before serving.
