Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    mixed vegetables drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk/soy
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 3
    chicken breast cooked diced
  • 2 can(s)
    pillsburry biscuits (10 ct)

How to Make Mini Chicken Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 400F
  2. Grease muffin pan
  3. Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl
  4. Flatten 1 biscuit with palms of hands think like a pie crust and mold into bottom of the muffin pan
  5. Add about 1Tbsp of mixture or desired amount into middle
  6. Take another biscuit and flatten, place on top and pinch sides together
  7. Repeat with rest of biscuits and mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
