Maureen and I both have the bug for fussing over food we serve to those we love...Unless we just don't feel like it but are still obligated to live up to our rep...This goes together faster than a box of mac and cheese and everyone thinks you slaved away just for them while you were really just relaxing with the remaining wine!

Ingredients For maureen's easy elegant chicken

4-6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

4-6 sliceswiss cheese. (not that processed pasturized individually wrapped stuff) smoked swiss is good too!

1/4 cdry white wine

1 cancream of chicken soup

2-3 cherb seasoned croutons, store bought or homemade

2-3 Tbspbutter, melted

1place chicken in an 8x8x2 baking dish and cover with cheese slices.

2stir together soup and wine till smooth and pour over chicken

3top with enough seasoned croutons to cover and drizzle with melted butter

4bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour till brown and bubbly
