I don't even know where I got this recipe from -- I would have thought from one of the Taste of Home's family of magazines, but I can't find it on their website. So, it goes up the old-fashioned way. And it's pretty good, uniquely flavored, and fairly easy.
1In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken to marinade and turn to coat. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for 4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Bake at 375*F for 30 - 40 minutes.
