Italian Slow Cooker Chicken

Sea Sun

Another freezer cooking success! I had it prepped and ready to place in the crockpot.

I couldn't believe the great aroma that filled the kitchen. This chicken is SO flavorful so I thought I would remove the broth and reduce it in a pan with some slightly cooked and cubed white and sweet potatoes and a dash of EVOO and pepper.

Next time I will serve it with a green salad.

Give it a try!
