Ingredients

  • 10 oz
    broccoli and/or cauliflower, frozen
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/3 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    bisquick
  • ·
    salt & pepper

How to Make Impossible Chicken & Broccoli Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease pie pan
  2. Thaw broccoli and mix with 2 cups cheddar cheese, chicken and onions in pie pan
  3. Beat eggs, milk, bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth, pour inot plate
  4. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean (25-35 minutes)
  5. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and bake until melted
