Ingredients For impossible chicken & broccoli pie

  • 10 oz
    broccoli and/or cauliflower, frozen
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/3 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    bisquick
  • salt & pepper

How To Make impossible chicken & broccoli pie

  • 1
    Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease pie pan
  • 2
    Thaw broccoli and mix with 2 cups cheddar cheese, chicken and onions in pie pan
  • 3
    Beat eggs, milk, bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth, pour inot plate
  • 4
    Bake until knife inserted comes out clean (25-35 minutes)

    Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and bake until melted
