Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low-sodium
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 scallions, sliced (both greens & whites)
How To Make hoisin chicken

Step 1In a large bowl, mix 1st 7 ingredients.

Step 2In a large ziplock bag, add chicken; pour marinade over chicken & refrigerate overnight. VERY IMPORTANT for flavors to marry together = more flavor!

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 4Remove chicken from marinade (reserving) & place in roasting pan. Roast 30 - 35 minutes or until cooked through & crisp on top.

Step 5Just before serving; pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan; bring to boil & drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle scallions on top & enjoy!
