Grilled Florida Style Chicken

Love this grilling sauce as it is not a red or tomato-based sauce. It has been a family favorite for generations. Each generation has experimented with the basic sauce to create interesting variations... my personal favorite is to add 1/2 cup of lime juice and 1/2 cup tequila in place of vinegar.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The vinegar and seasonings combine to make one flavor-packed chicken marinade. We made this just as Elizabeth posted and it's fabulous. Great for a cookout or easy dinner.

Note: We didn't need to grill this chicken for an hour. All grills vary as do the size of chicken breasts so watch yours closely so as not to overcook. The Test Kitchen
