LOVE THIS! My sister and I came up with this because we love General Chicken and sweet and sour chicken but not the grease =) It has become a family and friends now favorite and so simple. Hope to get you a picture soon it really is fabulous!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    buttermilk
  • 6-8
    skinless chicken breast
  • ·
    sweet and sour sauce
  • ·
    jalapenos, fresh or bottled
  • ·
    crushed honey and oats cereal
  • 1 Tbsp
    red peppr optional

How to Make Easy Sweet and Sour Spicey Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Dip chicken parts in buttermilk
  2. Add red pepper to cereal then dip chicken in crushed cereal (we use Kellogs Honey and Oats or Corn Flakes
  3. Put on pan and bake about an hour on 350 oven
  4. Heat up your favorite sweet and sour sauce and add fresh jalapenos
  5. Pour over chicken when its done and serve with Rice or Fried Rice.
  6. Options...you can do chicken nuggets and make this an appetizer with dipping sauce
