These are really quick and easy to make. The family just loves them! For when you want a convenience meal that's still delicious! So much tastier than KFC! If you don't have oven proof bowls, you can also adjust the amounts and put this in a 9x13 or 9x9 glass casserol and make it one big dish instead of individuals!

Ingredients For pop corn chicken bowls

  • 1 pkg
    bob evan's original mashed potatoes (or 4 cups homemade)
  • 1 pkg
    frozen popcorn chicken, thawed
  • 2 c
    frozen corn
  • 1 pkg
    mccormick turkey gravy, prepared or any other gravy the you prefer
  • 1
    green onion, sliced
  • 6 slice
    bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bag
    (8 oz.) shredded mild cheddar cheese

    oven proof bowls

How To Make pop corn chicken bowls

  • 1
    Microwave Bob Evan's Mashed Potatoes for about 3 minutes and stir. Divide between 6 small to medium sized oven proof bowls.

    Divide corn between bowls. Layer over potatoes.
  • 3
    Place two chicken strips over the top and ladle a little gravy over each bowl.

    Sprinkle with green onion, crumbled bacon and top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remember, bowls get hot, use pot holders when serving.
