Something I just threw together on a whim, and it turned out pretty great so I thought I'd share.

Ingredients

  • 3
    chicken breasts
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box
    frozen vegies of choice
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning (poultry or other)
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury biscuits

How to Make Easy Chicken & Biscuit Dinner

Step-by-Step

  1. cut the chicken breast into 1" cubes.
  2. mix together all ingredients EXCEPT the biscuits.
  3. pour all ingredients into a dutch oven or casserole dish
  4. bake at 400' for 45 minutes
  5. drop temperature down to 350'. Add biscuits to top of the meal. bake another 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
