no peek chicken

This is a nice, easy, and delicious recipe for chicken. The key really is the "don't peek!" So if you're a peeker, you may have to go for a walk! You can make this ahead of time and warm it in the microwave. If you'd like to save time, use the bottled garlic. You may even want to use some fresh celery or carrots in here; maybe even a different type of rice. I've not done that, so I don't know how it would affect the liquid content and the softening of the rice.
