This recipe is a family favorite my Mom makes when we feel like chicken but don't want to barbeque. It goes great with green bean cassarole or potato salad.

corn flake crumbs

flour

mccormick's roasted garlic and herb seasoning

garlic powder
1 dash

onion powder
1 tsp
