Made this in my air fryer. Warning this is addicting! Smells good and is moist. Make pasta or potato salad or just a regular salad as a side dish.

Ingredients For corn flake breaded ranch chicken in air fryer

  • 1 pkg
    boneless skinless chicken
  • 2+ c
    corn flakes
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1-2 lg
    eggs

How To Make corn flake breaded ranch chicken in air fryer

    Thaw chicken. Put the corn flakes in a resealable plastic bag. Roughly crush cereal in the bag. Add ranch seasoning. Adjust seasoning to your liking; use part or all of the packet. If you don't add enough seasoning, though, won't taste it.

    Coat chicken with egg wash and then in corn flakes. Place in pan for air fryer.

    Air fry at 350 F for 20 minutes. You may need to adjust the cooking time per air fryer.
